You Found Us!
West Point 'Zine is printed in a kitchen in Levenshulme on a copier we were gifted by an insanely generous member of the community. Our first issue is out as of April 2023 and can be found in local joints such as Station South, OverDraught, Talleyrand, the Old Levenhulme Library and Lytham Lil Free Library. This might change month to month so keep your eyes open for future issues around the neighbourhood.
Each month West Point 'Zine will have a different theme and will offer almost anything under the sun from art, poetry and recipes to jokes and sexy laundry lists. If you would like to curate an issue or submit something for one of our issues don't hesitate to email us at westpointzine@yahoo.com. We cannot wait to hear from you! Peace.

Have you found your copy? This month we have collaborated with Ian at BopcCapBooks located in the Levenshulme Antiques Market. Ian runs our favourite used bookshop and has selected some fantastic book covers from the 1950s and 1960s to fill the pages of this months 'zine. The 'zine folds out into a fantastic poster too. Grab your free copy at Bop Cap Books, Long Bois Bakery, Trove, Station South, and Levenshulme Train Station. Don't be shy if you would like to collaborate on an issue. We are always looking for artwork, writing and your ideas to make this 'zine a truly community centre thang. Peace.

April 2023
Our first issue is out! You can find copies in Levenshulme at Station South, Talleyrand, BopCapBooks, Overdraught and Lytham Lil Free Library. This issue was curated by me and features lino cut prints I designed and cut while on holiday in Cornwall a few weeks back. I use these to also print on fabric and have all sorts of ideas for them. Every issue also folds out to a poster if you haven't already discovered that. Our featured poster for April is a illustration of our two local heroes Ninja Bunny and Daddy Longs Legs (disguised as Grover) who were seen scooting and jumping around on Levenhulme's 'Street With No Name'. We hope you have enjoyed this month's issue and you have maybe been inspired to contribute to a future issue. Please get in touch and request a copy our guidelines, deadlines and requirements sheets if y ou are interested. The May issue is already underway and will feature our first collaboration with a local Leve resident you probably already know if you like books. We hope you enjoy and look forward to hearing from you with ideas. Peace.
